Base Builders Training

Rain let up a little bit for this run! I ran with Bridget and Julie and Jen for most of it. Jen fell back a little towards the end, but did great considering she’s doing BOTH classes right now. Woo Jen! I stayed with Base Builders/10k group since I have a marathon tomorrow (Tacoma). Figured no point in 8 miles when I have 26.2 on deck.
No intervals, just a nice steady pace. Felt really good and I enjoyed getting to know Julie and Bridget even better this run. Julie is being deployed so it’ll be her last run with us, but fortunately she’s doing Tacoma tomorrow so we’ll have more time to talk.
Rain started up towards the end, but ah well! What are you going to do!
