Boootcamp!
GREAT workout tonight! The weather was BEAUTIFUL and our workout was intense. Tonight’s focus was on proprioception, balance, speed, and shoulders. We ran a mile to warm up, stretched, and then we did some one legged dips, one legged leg swings (without hanging on), toe running, backwards heel running, skipping, and grapevines. Then we did three good shoulder workouts with our weights. Another proprioception lap, and then three laps of speed work. Finished up with 60 crunches of different kinds, 3 minutes total of planks, and then good deep stretching.
