Bootcamp

What a GREAT night! I noticed that it was NOT dark as I drove up, so that started me in a GREAT mood. There were lots of people on the track and I did invite them to join us. We worked on agility tonight. I got my agility ladder, cones, a few light weights, and medicine balls and set up a little circuit. Started with walking/jogging, then warmed up. Over to the circuit and did four circuits, then more running. Did some really good shoulder and bicep work combined with squats and lunges. Half mile of speedwork, followed by some more circuits, then one more lap with stairs.

Finished with some K I L L E R ab work! We did these walking planks in Body Pump last night, so I adapted them for our venue. It was awesome! Lots of fun tonight. (although Roy did forbid me to go back to body pump if I’m going to bring back moves like that)
