Booty Busting Bootcamp
Lots of booty busting goodness tonight! With the holiday things got confused, so I ended up running two classes which worked just great! We were indoors so did some agility work with cones, played with medicine balls, ran up and down a LOT of stairs, and just had a good time.
Upper body was a focus on biceps, triceps, with a little shoulder (since we did a lot on Wed). Lower was glutes and butt. Stairs, chair squats, backwards sumo squats, and good fun like that.
Roy has even begrudginly admitted that he LIKES Bootcamp because it makes him do things he wouldn’t push himself to do. I love teaching bootcamp for the very same reason!
