Bootcamp!!
Bootcamp! Did a bit more running tonight than we have, with three laps of speed work. Brought my medicine balls and did a whole med ball routine, which was fun. Shelley brought her 11 year old and he was my partner for that. Kid totally cracked me up. He was a great sport! Did some one legged crunches, a 1/4 mile with the entire stadium of stairs, some chair squats on a wet bench (muahahaha…no one can sit down then), more medicine ball work, calf raises, stair hops, and shutter kicks before retiring to our mat area to do upper body work, 5 sets of 20 crunches (woot), 3 minutes of planks, and finally 15 good pushups. Finished with some yoga moves to stretch and ta da, the hour was done before you know it!
