Bootcamp
Rested up all day so I could run bootcamp tonight. I met with Torie beforehand and we worked on her gait. It was fun, especially when they turned the lights off on the track and we were in complete darkness. Um, could you have MENTIONED that? So we finished our session up then headed out to the parking lot to wait for the others so we could move the class. Finally got a call from Roy wondering where I was because the others had arrived! They went straight to his room (our backup when the track is in use or closed). We zipped over and got going! Good session. We worked a lot of arms, did some kickboxing and punches, stairs in the auditorium, ran some, lifted weights, squats, lunges…lots of good stuff. I did cut out the planned burpees and jump rope because of my cold. I just knew I couldn’t do it. But it went really well overall and we had fun. Of course we finished with some wicked crunches (60 plus another 15 with weights) and pushups! And that was AFTER 3 minutes of plank! Way to go ladies!
