Booty Busting Bootcamp

Tonight was a make up night for BBBC. I left it open to everyone. We were kicked off the track again, but no biggie. Off to the auditorium. We started with a nice 1.5 mile warmup since initially only two people were there. Walked half then jogged the other half to warm up. Focus tonight was on core (with a lot of attention paid to obliques), triceps, glutes, abductors and adductors, cardio (of course), and getting closer to our 100 crunches (we did 90 tonight). I gave them the night off of pushups since we’d done some skull crushers and some delt work earlier in the night. Good workout and lots of fun! We put the stairs in the auditorium to good use, as well as the softer carpeted surface. That allowed us to do some jumping drills for strengthening ankles and working on balance.
