Speedin’ Through Town

Felt REALLY good out there! I had planned to run this morning but it wasn’t just raining, it was POURING. I don’t mind running in the rain at all, nor running in the dark, but I knew I’d be running through deep puddles so decided to wait until this afternoon before bootcamp.
Started a bit slow with a 10 min mile, but followed up with three really fast (for me) miles. It’s hard running through the city with all the boneheads who forget that sidewalks are for people, not for cars and that rule we learned in Kindergarten (look both ways) would be a REALLY good idea before pulling out.
Now to refuel and get ready for bootcamp!
