Booty Busters!
Booty Buster Unite (or untie…one of those). There was a JV football game going on so we went to the auditorium. Started with a warm up then went in and worked on pecs and lats, and did lots of stairs. Did some high steps, bench push ups, and tricep dips outside, ran a few laps around the parking lot…lots of jumping jacks. One thing I LOVE it partner bands where one partner does isometric exercises while the other one does kinetic and then switches. Always fun and shifts things up again! We also did 80 crunches and 7 full pushups (Larry had to do 14). EVERYONE did the pushups! Most of us couldn’t do one the first week! Woohoo! I am so proud of my bootcampers!
It was really 2.5 but some of it was inside and the Garmin didn’t pick it up. Also it was a full hour. Not sure why it says 51:51.
