Booty Busting Bootcamp!

Great bootcamp tonight, despite the rain. Only four die hards were able to join us (although two came early but had to leave for other commitments), but we had fun. We did some speed work and some proprioception work. We also did a lot of shoulder work. We’re up to 75 crunches and we’re moving towards 10 real pushups! Goal tonight was 15, with at least 7 off knees. Some made it! Others are almost there. WAY TO GO!

Training for 5k and 12k starts tomorrow night. Crazy times!
