Runs With Dog

Headed out for a warm morning run with Wiley. Wasn’t sure how he’d do since he had tummy issues yesterday. Seemed perfectly fine, though, and he did say please. It was a beautiful, warm morning. LOTS of leaves fell overnight so I had a nice cushioned run. It’s nice to run with Wiles because I feel safer and can go a few places I might not go alone, like the trail behind the library.

Speed wasn’t great, but it was dark. Last mile was good, though. I listened to the Fitness Rocks podcast about Team Sweat and that made me think quite a bit. Fitness Rocks is, by far, one of my favorite podcasts. Yay Dr. Monte!

Bootcamp tonight! I think we’ll work on upper body and proprioception!
