Post marathon run that felt GREAT!
Dropped the car off with Roy and then ran to get a pedi and mani. I was going to run just three miles. Started out listening to Dr. Phil on my iPod, and when that was over put on Born to Run. That book always makes me run faster! Decided I felt great two days post marathon, so I’d add a mile and ran that one in 9:22! (That’s good for me.)
Felt great. Very little stiffness, no pain. In fact I feel better than I did the entire week before the marathon. I’m so ready for that 20 miler on Saturday!
