Booty Busting Bootcamp Day 3

Night two of booty busting bootcamp! BRRRR it was cold to start, but once we got warmed up it was great. Warmed up followed by a quick 1/4 mile jog. Did some squat lunges with weights and bands, followed by tricep dips and bench pushups…then grapevines to the other side of the track, more dips and pushups. Did some arms (Arnolds and delt raises with a side leg raise added in for flavor). Added in half a mile of speedwork, finishing up with walking, and then 15 minutes of legs and core complete with planks, five “real” pushups (most could do it), and then 50 crunches. Two+ miles total, lots of moaning and sore muscles…AWESOME!
