Headed out with Megan and Cathy for an 18 miler today, but we cut it short because Megan and I ran a full last week (marathon) and Cathy was having some bad piriformis pain. :( Poor girl! We had a nice run for about the first 9, though. I didn’t mind. My quads were starting to tighten and I have a circuit training workout later this afternoon with some clients.
