Booty Busting Bootcamp, night two

Woo hoo! We were out at the track tonight. Started with a brisk walk warmup and then went into some arms and shoulders. Back out on the track…we did jacks, popeyes, high knees, more arms, more jacks, front jacks, more running, more walking, sumo squats, then back at the mat for some hard core shoulder and ab work. Finished up with a sun salutation! GREAT workout! Thanks ladies (and Roy who helped time our timed run).
