Booty Busting Bootcamp!
Booty Busting Bootcamp followed by a 1.5 mile run. Our first bootcamp was tonight. We were ousted from the track by a football game, so we took it over to the auditorium and did the entire routine there, using the parking lot and the campus for our track. It was a LOT of fun. Started with some warm up brisk walking all over campus, then stretching. We did a short fitness assessment so we can all see how far we come in the 8 sessions this month. Did a run, then came in and did some lower body, then some upper, out to run some more, more lower body, out for another run, then some core work and good long set of stretches using yoga moves. It was divine. (At least I enjoyed it immensely. I hope everyone else did too.)
