Run home from MPHS
After work I ran out to Arlington to give them some of my business cards. One of the doctors at a clinic wanted to use me to refer to his clients for weight loss and fitness support! Very cool!
After dropping off the van with Roy I decided to do a short run home. I was planning on biking to Arlington, but Roy didn’t want me to bike that far alone. Plus the weather turned nasty. So today’s run was VERY windy and chilly. I decided to do 2:1 intervals because I think I strained my calf again and I don’t want to tempt fate with a marathon in six days. Did that most of the time, but for some reason was also feeling a tiny bit lightheaded. Not enough to concern me much, just enough I noticed. I believe my iron levels are low again and I did have blood tests this morning, so that might have been just enough to tip the scales a bit.
Finished four miles in bad time, but oh well!
