Strength Training with Tonya!

Feeling good today! Did barbells on the ball with Tonya tonight. Not too bad! Legs felt pretty good during the leg exercises. Finished with core and back work…had fun getting to know her more. First time workout is easy peasy…next time…muahahahaha!
