Ouchie but nice interval run in the HILLLLLS

Decided to try the cardio kickboxing classs. Unfortunately on the way I got a BAD calf cramp, so was running (haha) late. I decided to just go for a run instead so I restarted the Garmin to run intervals on tomorrow’s route for the 10k/half/full marathon class. Some hills would do me good! The run was frustrating at first. I really was having some tightness and pulling that I could NOT work out of that calf! I just healed on that leg, so this was really frustrating. I was stopped stretching and I heard someone call my name. It was Shelley! She’s in the 10k…gonna be half marathon…class! So I joined her and we did 5:1 intervals and gabbed a lot. I love a gabby runner! My calf loosened up and wasn’t bad at all for most of the rest of the run. Bonus, she took some zucchini off my hands! Yay!
