Booooot Camp Circuits
Changed things up a bit in bootcamp today so as not to feel like I needed to try to keep up (and possibly run when I’m not supposed to). We did circuits alternating a strength with a cardio, three circuits. It started raining in the middle of it, but we kept going! Yay ladies! I was proud of them, since many act allergic to the rain. Good times! I so SO wanted to run with Megan afterwards, but I didn’t. Biking later today, though!
