Bootylicious Runners Bootcamp!

Focused on quads/glutes and abs today. Walked, then jogged, then lunged, jogged, squats, sumo squats, side kicks, lunge/squat combo, plie squats…all sorts of squats. Back to the park and worked on some booty blasting moves, then some serious ab work…I think about 100 crunches all told. They’ll be cursing my name tomorrow. Muahahahahaha!

I’ve put feelers out for a 2x a week evening bootcamp for runners in Marysville. If I can get 5 people to commit, then I’ll get it going on!
