What's New?
I haven't updated here lately because I have a new blog over at my business website: www.journey-fitness.com/wordpress.
So here's a little update on what I've been doing:

- Got my personal training business started in July. I coach running groups and provide online weight loss support.
- I've coached two 5k groups of women, and one man, to their first (or first in awhile) 5k.
- I've run my 15th marathon (race report and video podcast on my other blog site).
- I'm running my first Ultra Marathon on December 20 (and I don't mind saying I'm VERY nervous).
- I am starting my first marathon/half marathon group on January 24. Anyone interested, email me at tory@journey-fitness.com.
- I started podcasting! I have put out three audio podcasts available on iTunes under Journey Fitness Podcast.
- I'm teaching two more 5k classes the second full week in January
- On Wednesdays I host Wellness Wednesdays at the MPHS Track at 5:00 p.m. No cost, no obligation...just come and walk or run. Once marathon training starts, we'll use that evening to do speed work or tempo training for those interested.
